摘  要:本研究以经热处理结合茎尖培养获得的仅携带灰比诺葡萄病毒(grapevine pinot gris virus,GPGV)、仅携带沙地葡萄茎痘病毒(grapevine rupestris stem pitting associated virus,GRSPaV)、携带GPGV+GRSPaV和不带病毒的“阳光玫瑰”葡萄苗为试材,探讨不同病毒对“阳光玫瑰”葡萄植株生长和叶片营养元素含量的影响。结果表明,除新梢节数外,带病毒试材的其他生长指标均显著低于脱毒苗。仅携带GRSPaV与仅携带GPGV植株的株高、节间长度无显著差异,但GRSPaV+GPGV复合感染后其株高与节间长度显著降低。仅携带GRSPaV的茎粗显著小于仅携带GPGV的植株,GRSPaV和GPGV复合感染后茎粗更小。仅携带GPGV、仅携带GRSPaV和携带GRSPaV+GPGV植株的总根长、根平均直径、根体积、根鲜质量和根干质量均显著低于脱毒苗,3种带病毒植株间无显著差异。3种带病毒植株叶片的Ca、Mn含量均较无病毒植株显著降低,且仅携带GPGV植株不显症叶片的Ca、Mn含量显著高于仅携带GRSPaV不显症叶片。3种带病毒植株叶片K、Zn、B的含量均显著高于脱毒苗;仅携带GPGV植株不显症叶片K含量显著高于仅携带GRSPaV植株不显症叶片,两者的Zn和B含量无显著差异。带病毒植株显症叶片的Mg、Fe、Cu含量均显著高于脱毒苗,而不显症叶片显著低于脱毒苗;仅携带GPGV植株不显症叶片的Mg、Fe含量显著低于仅携带GRSPaV植株不显症叶片,两者B含量无显著差异。GPGV或GRSPaV通过影响营养元素含量抑制植株枝条和根系生长,且这两种病毒复合感染加剧影响作用。One-year-old Shine Muscat grape plants,carrying either the grapevine Pinot Gris virus(GPGV),the grapevine rupestris stem pitting associated virus(GRSPaV),or both,were used to investigate the effects of different viruses on the growth and leaf nutrient content of Shine Muscat grapes.The results showed that the growth indexes of the plants carrying virus were significantly lower than those of the virus-free plants except the number of nodes of new shoots.There was no significant difference in plant height and internode length between the plants carrying GRSPaV only and GPGV only.However,the plant height and internode length were significantly reduced after the combined infection of GRSPaV and GPGV.The stems diameter of the plants only carrying GRSPaV were significantly smaller than those of the plants carrying only GPGV,and even smaller after GRSPaV and GPGV co-infection.Total root length,mean root diameter,root volume,and root dry weight and fresh weight showed no significant differences among the plants infected with GPGV only,GRSPaV only,and both GRSPaV and GPGV,but were significantly lower than those of virus-free plants.The Ca and Mn contents in the leaves of plants carrying virus were significantly lower than those in virus-free plants.The contents of Ca and Mn in asymptomatic leaves of plants carrying only GPGV were significantly higher than those of plants carrying only GRSPaV.The contents of K,Zn,and B of plants carrying virus were significantly higher than those of virus-free plants.The content of K in the asymptomatic leaves of plants carrying only GPGV was significantly higher than that of plants carrying only GRSPaV,and there were no significant differences in the contents of Zn and B.The contents of Mg,Fe,and Cu in the symptomatic leaves of plants carrying virus were significantly higher than those of the virus-free plants,while those in the asymptomatic leaves were significantly lower than those of the virus-free plants.The contents of Mg and Fe in the asymptomatic leaves of plants only carrying GPGV
