摘 要:以浆果类水果中重要检疫性害虫黑腹果蝇为研究对象,利用不同浓度长叶薄荷酮溶液测试其对黑腹果蝇的驱避效果、羽化抑制率和孵化抑制率。结果表明,长叶薄荷酮浓度越高,对果蝇驱避效果越好,稀释200倍后对果蝇成虫的驱避效果为81.72%,与稀释100倍后的驱避效果间无极显著差异;长叶薄荷酮对果蝇蛹有较强的羽化抑制能力,200倍液羽化抑制效果最强,达到97.78%,与其他浓度存在显著差异;长叶薄荷酮对果蝇的孵化抑制率随浓度的增大而增大,50、100和200倍液的抑制率无显著性差异,200倍液的孵化抑制率为96.67%,与300倍液和400倍液的孵化抑制率间存在显著性差异。本试验为长叶薄荷酮在植物源农药中的开发利用提供了技术支撑。Drosophila melanogaster,an important quarantine pest in berry fruits,was used as test object to investigate the repellent,eclosion and hatching inhibition effect of various concentrations of pulegone on D.melanogaster.The results showed that the repellent effect of pulegone on D.melanogaster increased with its concentration,with the repellent efficiency of 81.72%for 200-fold solution against adult D.melanogaster,which was not extremely significant different from the effect of 100-fold solution.Pulegone had strong inhibitory effect on the eclosion of D.melanogaster pupae,and the best inhibitory effect was at 200-fold solution,with the efficiency of 97.78%,significantly different from other concentration levels.The hatching inhibition rate of pulegone on D.melanogaster increased with the concentration of pulegone.The hatching inhibition rates did not show significant differences among 50-,100-,and 200-fold solution.However,the hatching inhibition rate of 96.67%was recorded at 200-fold solution,which was significantly different from that of 300-and 400-fold solutions.In conclusion,this experiment contributes valuable technical support for the development and application of pulegone in plant-derived pesticides.
