“京861”核桃在山西古县的引种表现及栽培技术要点

摘　　要：为进一步优化山西核桃品种结构,充分发挥山西省优质核桃产区优势,选育和推广早实核桃品种,在山西省临汾市古县国有林场引入“京861”核桃苗木并定植,以早实核桃“辽宁1号”为对照,比较分析2个品种在山西古县的植物学性状、物候期、坚果经济性状、生长结果习性与产量以及抗逆性等。结果表明,“京861”核桃坚果近圆形,单果质量9.70 g,果面光滑,壳薄,缝合线平,结合紧密,极易取整仁,出仁率69.7%。核仁饱满,呈浅黄色,蛋白质含量为19.22%,脂肪含量为62.41%,不饱和脂肪酸含量为92.09%,维生素E含量为2.96 mg/kg,硒元素含量为0.18 mg/kg,均显著高于“辽宁1号”,在山西古县栽培生产中表现优良,是适宜在山西省适度种植推广的优质早实核桃品种。In order to further optimize the variety structure of walnuts in Shanxi Province,give a full play to the advantages of high-quality walnut production areas in Shanxi Province,and select and promote early maturing walnut varieties,Jing861 walnut seedlings were introduced and planted in the state-owned forest farm of Gu County,Linfen City,Shanxi Province,with the early maturing walnut Liaoning No.1 as the control,to compare and analyze the botanical traits,phenological phase,nut economic traits,growth and fruiting habits,yield,and stress resistance of the two varieties in Gu County,Shanxi Province.The results showed that the Jing861 walnut nut was nearly circular in shape,with the single nut weight of 9.70 g,smooth surface,thin shell,flat stitching,tight binding,and easy to take the whole kernel and a kernel yield of 69.7%.The nucleolus is plump,light yellow,with a protein content of 19.22%,a fat content of 62.41%,an unsaturated fatty acid content of 92.09%,a vitamin E content of 2.96 mg/kg,and a selenium content of 0.18 mg/kg,all significantly higher than that of Liaoning No.1.It performed well in the cultivation and production in Gu County in Shanxi Province,and is a high-quality early fruiting walnut variety suitable for moderate planting and promotion in Shanxi Province.
