摘  要:大量电力事故统计表明,心理因素是造成事故发生的主要原因。因此对电力员工进行心理测评有着重要的实际应用价值。为了更准确地对电力员工的安全心理进行测评,提出了基于改进模糊综合评价算法的电力员工安全心理测评方法。首先根据相关文献的研究以及对电力员工的问卷调查构建安全心理测评指标体系,并对指标评分进行量化,利用熵权-层次分析法对指标组合赋权,基于有效度原则和加权平均原则对传统的模糊综合评价方法加以改进,最后采用改进后的模糊综合评价模型对心理测评数据进行评估。通过将改进前后模型评估结果与员工上一季度绩效考核结果对比,显示改进后的模型相比传统模糊综合评价模型能更准确地描述电力员工安全心理状态。A large number of statistics of electric power accidents show that psychological factors are the main causes of acci-dents.Therefore,psychological evaluation of electric power employees has important practical application value.In order to evaluate the safety psychology of electric power employees more accurately,a safety psychology evaluation method based on improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the safety psychological evaluation index system is constructed according to the relevant literature research and the questionnaire survey of electric power employees,and the index score is quantified.The entropy weight-analytic hierarchy process is used to assign weight to the index combination,and the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is improved based on the validity principle and weighted average principle.Finally,the improved fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the psychological evaluation data.By comparing the evaluation results of the model be-fore and after the improvement with the performance appraisal results of the last quarter,it shows that the improved model can de-scribe the safety psychological state of electric power employees more accurately than the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
