摘  要:某核电厂2号机组在正常运行期间电功率突然降低,检查发现汽轮机调节供油系统中2MAX12AP001调节油泵压力下降到报警值,同时逻辑触发备用泵2MAX11AP001启动运行,随即系统压力及机组电功率恢复正常。对2MAX11AP001调节油泵和电机进行检查,发现电机侧齿形联轴器因润滑不良导致齿轮整体磨损严重,致使联轴器打滑、电机空转、油泵出口压力降低,以及运行时泵异常振动,在大幅振动下引起多颗电机支座螺栓松动失效。经过对系统、设备的检查分析,找出了引发故障的根本原因,并进行针对性的处理,泵组恢复正常运行。During the normal operation of Unit 2,the electrical power of the unit will suddenly decrease.It is found that with the decrease of electric power,the pressure of 2MAX12AP001 regulating oil pump in the turbine regulating oil supply system drops to the alarm value,and the logic triggers the standby pump 2MAX11AP001 to start operation,and then the system pressure and the electric power of the unit return to normal.Through the inspection of the 2MAX11AP001 regulating oil pump and motor,it is found that the motor side tooth coupling caused serious overall gear wear due to poor lubrication,resulting in the coupling slipping and motor idling.Meanwhile,the outlet pressure of the oil pump is reduced,and the abnormal vibration of the pump during operation causes a number of motor support bolts to loose and fail under large vibration.
