摘 要:核电厂上充泵是执行反应堆冷却剂和轴封水注入的重要设备,为了保证上充泵的长期运行安全,其振动应在标准的推荐范围内。本文针对某核电厂调试期间上充泵的振动情况进行了测试,振动频谱表明2×频率为主要贡献频率,垂直方向的速度为5.7 mm/s,超出了标准规定的4.5 mm/s。经分析2×频率振动原因为泵的转动不平衡,同时泵的入口和出口接管外载荷对泵的转动不平衡有重要影响。对上充泵的管道布置进行了计算分析并提出了改进方案,大大降低管道对泵接口的外载荷,从而解决了泵的振动超标问题。对离心泵入口和出口管道布置和支架设置提出了建议,相关内容对离心泵的管道设计有一定借鉴价值。The charging pump is important equipment for injecting reactor coolant and shaft seal water in nuclear power plant.In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the charging pump,its vibration should be within the recommended range of the standard.This article conducted tests on the vibration of the charging pump during the commissioning period of a nuclear power plant.The vibration spectrum showed that 2×frequency was the main contributing frequency,and the vertical velocity was 5.7 mm/s,exceeding the allowable standard of 4.5 mm/s.After analysis,the main reason for the 2×frequency vibration is the unbalanced rotation of the pump,and the external load on the inlet and outlet connections of the pump has a significant impact on the unbalanced rotation of the pump.This article calculates the pipeline of the charging pump,and proposes an improvement plan to reduce the external load on the pump nozzles,thereby solving the vibration problem.This article provides some suggestions for the design of inlet and outlet pipelines of centrifugal pumps,which have certain reference value for the design of pump pipeline.
