摘 要:目前,我国大多数水厂仍然采用常规的混凝-沉淀-过滤-消毒水处理工艺。混凝沉淀工艺对水中悬浮物、胶体等杂质的迁移、转化和去除起着重要作用,其处理效果的好坏直接决定了后续工艺的运行负荷、处理效果和运行成本。许多研究结果表明,对常规的混凝沉淀工艺进行强化或者优化,能够有效地改善水中天然有机物、TOC、微污染物、藻类、重金属等有害物质的去除效率。因此,通过采取优化改造工艺流程、调整运行方式、整改隐患缺陷等措施,对混凝沉淀系统可靠性提升及优化改进,对于提高净化效率和出水水质具有较高的应用价值。At present,most water plants in China still use the conventional coagulation-sedimentation-filtration-disinfection water treatment process.The coagulation and precipitation process is an important part of the conventional water treatment process,which plays an important role in the migration,transformation and removal of suspended solids,colloid and other impurities in water.Its treatment effect directly determines the operation load,treatment effect and operation cost of subsequent processes.Many study results show that strengthening or optimizing the conventional coagulation and precipitation process can effectively improve the removal efficiency of the natural organic matter,TOC,micro-pollutants,algae,heavy metals and other harmful substances in water.Therefore,measures such as optimization and transformation of technological process,adjustment of operation mode and rectification of hidden dangers and defects can be taken to improve the reliability and optimization of the coagulation and sedimentation system,as well as improve the purification efficiency and effluent quality.
