摘  要:开关站是核电厂的公用系统,当开关站需要从模拟控制升级为NCS数字控制,停电改造会影响整个核电厂的对外供电。本文介绍了NCS改造方案,并针对核电改造的特有问题,提出了开关站不整体停电的改造方案、实施流程和风险控制措施。实践表明,通过合理规划,严控风险,核电改造可以兼顾成本、质量和风险控制,并有效提高开关站的控制水平。Switchyard is the public system of nuclear power plant.When the switchyard needs to upgrade from analog control to NCS digital control technology,the power supply of the whole nuclear power plant will be affected by power outage transformation.Aiming at special problems of nuclear power transformation,this paper introduces the NCS transformation scheme,and proposes the transformation scheme,implementation process and risk control measures of non-overall power outage for the switchyard.Practice shows that through reasonable planning and strict risk control,nuclear power transformation can take into account cost,quality and risk control,and improve the control level of the switchyard effectively.
