京津两市工业节水现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,京津地区水资源供需矛盾尤为突出,水资源已成为经济社会高质量发展的关键制约因素之一。以京津两市工业节水情况为研究对象,从产业结构和布局、用水效率和供水损失率3个方面分析了两市工业节水的现状。针对两市产业结构正在优化调整、工业用水效率较高但仍有提升潜力、供水损失率较高的现状,提出了针对性的对策,相关对策可为京津两市后续工业节水工作开展提供参考。With the development of economy and society,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Beijing and Tianjin was particularly prominent,water resources had become one of the key constraints for the high-quality development of economy and society.Taking the industrial water-saving situation of Beijing and Tianjin as the research object,we analyzed the current situation of industrial water-saving in the two cities from three aspects:industrial structure and layout,industrial water use efficiency and rate of conveyance loss.Considering the current situation that the industrial structure of the two cities was being optimized and adjusted,the industrial water use efficiency still had potential for improvement,and the rate of conveyance loss was high,we put forward some targeted countermeasures,which could provide reference for the follow-up industrial water-saving work in Beijing and Tianjin.
