摘  要:京津冀平原区是中国城市分布最密集、综合实力最强的区域之一。随着经济社会飞速发展,水资源需求量日益增加。加之受气候和人类活动的影响,京津冀平原区成为我国水资源短缺最严重、地下水开发利用程度最高的地区。由于地表水资源贫乏,地下水资源超采严重,2020年,北京市、天津市和河北省的地下水年供水量分别为13.49亿、3.01亿和87.08亿m~3,占各地年总供水量的33.2%、10.8%和48%。为科学评估京津冀地区地下水水位变化情况,客观反映超采治理成效,拟采用数理统计百分位法、监测站变化比例法对地下水超采治理工作成效进行评估。The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain is one of the most densely urbanized and economically robust regions in China.With rapid economic and social development,the demand for water resources has been increasing.Coupled with the influence of climate change and human activities,this region has become one of the areas with the most severe water scarcity and the highest level of groundwater utilization.Due to the relative paucity of surface water resources,over-exploitation of groundwater has become a critical issue.In 2020,the annual groundwater supply in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei Province was 1349 million cubic meters,301 million cubic meters,and 8708 million cubic meters,respectively,accounting for 33.2%,10.8%,and 48.6%of the total annual water supply in the region.To scientifically assess changes in groundwater levels and objectively reflect the effectiveness of over-exploitation governance,this study employs mathematical and statistical percentile methods as well as the proportion of changes observed at monitoring stations to evaluate the impact of groundwater over-exploitation management measures.
