摘  要:通过计算分析邯郸市生态水网中岳城水库和东武仕水库蓄水等内调水水源、区域地下水、再生水和区域外南水北调引江水、引黄河水和卫河水的水质、水量和供水次序,研究各用水单元用水类别、需水量和调水效益。采用改进的目标达到法,即用Matlab中的Fgoalattain函数建立适用于邯郸市生态水网的多水源多目标调水模型,对模型参数进行率定,并对调水模型确定的各类用水和各水源调水量与2022年实际供水量进行对比验证。通过调水模型实现优化调度,达到生态水网和水资源系统整体功能最大化并保障生态水网供水安全,实现区域水资源优化配置,遏制地下水超采,改善区域生态环境。By analyzing the water quality and benefits,including the water storage of Yuecheng Reservoir,the water storage of Dongwushi Reservoir,regional groundwater,reclaimed water,the South to North Water Diversion Project,Yellow River Diversion Project and Weihe River in the ecological water network,an improved method of goal achievement method is adopted,which uses the fgoalattain function in Matlab to establish a"multi source and multi-objective replenishment model"suitable for the ecological water network in the eastern plain of Handan.By using a water transfer model to achieve optimal scheduling,the overall function of the ecological water network and water resource system is maximized,and the water supply safety of the ecological water network is ensured.This enables the optimal allocation of regional water resources,curbs groundwater over exploitation,and improves the regional ecological environment.
