摘  要:直线感应电机(LIM)因其卓越的爬坡性能、低噪音和转弯半径小等特点,广泛用于磁浮管轨。针对传统LIM矢量控制在强耦合、高精度控制等场合存在动态响应速度慢、抗干扰能力不足等问题,提出并设计了基于级联线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)线性自抗扰(LADRC)的速度调节器。首先设计基于传统自抗扰控制方法的速度调节器;由于传统LADRC速度调节器中单个LESO估计扰动负担较重,难以满足LIM较高的扰动观测需求。因此设计级联LESO提高LADRC对系统扰动的估计能力,并在频域上分析了改进型LADRC在扰动估计性能的优越性。在半实物仿真实验平台验证了级联LESO线性自抗扰控制算法的正确性和有效性。Linear induction motor(LIM)is widely used in magnetic levitation tube rail because of its excellent hill climbing performance,low noise and small turning radius.In view of the problems of slow dynamic response speed and insufficient anti-interference ability of traditional LIM vector control in strong coupling and high-precision control,a cascaded linear expansion state observer(LESO)-based linear active disturbance contral(LADRC)was proposed and designed.First,a speed regulator based on the conventional self-immunity control method was designed.However,the burden of estimating perturbation by a single LESO in the conventional LADRC speed regulator was heavy,and it was difficult to satisfy the higher perturbation observation demand of LIM.Therefore,cascaded LESOs were designed to improve the estimation capability of LADRC for system perturbations,and the superiority of the improved LADRC in perturbation estimation performance was analyzed in the frequency domain.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the cascaded LESO linear self-imposed perturbation control algorithm were verified in a semi-physical simulation experimental platform.
