摘　　要：随着城镇化发展进入新阶段,都市圈、城市群区域范围内干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路、城市轨道交通的功能融合、一体化衔接等特征日益显现,我国多层次轨道交通融合发展已经成为实现都市圈、城市群高质量发展的重要支撑。考虑不同轨道交通方式的功能定位、技术特征、投资运营等因素,结合国家层面对多层次轨道交通融合发展提出的要求,从基础设施集成化、运输服务一体化、运营管理协同化、政策保障配套化4个方面开展研究,提出相应的多层次轨道交通融合发展内涵。通过分析我国多层次轨道交通融合发展现状及存在问题,探讨我国多层次轨道交通融合发展的实施路径,为推进我国多层次轨道交通融合发展提供参考。As urbanization has entered a new stage,the functional integration and connectivity of mainline railway,intercity railway,suburban railway and urban rail transit in metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations have been emerging.The integrated develop‐ment of multi-level railway transportation system in China has become an important support to the high-quality development of met‐ropolitan areas and urban agglomerations.Considering the functional orientation,technical characteristics,investment and operation of different rail transit modes,combined with the requirements of the national level for the integrated development of multi-level rail‐way transportation,the study is carried out from four aspects:infrastructure integration,transportation service integration,operation and management coordination,and policy support matching,and the corresponding connotation of multi-level railway transportation integrated development is put forward.By analyzing the current situation and existing challenges of multi-level railway transporta‐tion integrated development,this paper discusses the implementation approach of multi-level railway transportation integrated devel‐opment in China,and provides reference for promoting the multi-level railway transportation integrated development.
