摘  要:复合铁酸钙作为烧结矿中重要粘结相之一,其含量和结构组成对烧结矿的冶金性能有着重要影响。焦粉作为烧结矿烧结过程中主要燃料之一,其配入量直接影响着复合铁酸钙(SFCA)的生成。借助不同含量的焦粉与烧结矿原料在不同温度下的反应,研究了焦粉配入量、烧结温度和烧结时间对烧结矿中复合铁酸钙生成量的影响,并通过XRD、光学显微镜和SEM-EDS等对烧结矿进行分析。结果表明:适量焦粉对复合铁酸钙有一定的促进作用。在1200℃、改变反应时间的条件下,焦粉含量对复合铁酸钙生成影响的实验中,反应前期焦粉对复合铁酸钙生成有一定的促进作用,随着反应时间的增加,焦粉含量增多导致复合铁酸钙的生成量降低;而焦粉含量对烧结样品微观结构影响较大,实验反应初期,焦粉含量增加,烧结样品微观结构由圆柱状向层状结构转变,在反应后期,焦粉含量增加,烧结样品的孔隙率逐渐降低,微观结构由针状结构向板状结构转变;而焦粉含量增加,提供的热量升高,从而使烧结矿出现部分熔融导致其孔隙率降低。As one of the important binder phases in sinter,the content and structural composition of composite calcium ferrite have an important influence on the metallurgical properties of sinter.As one of the main fuels in the sintering process of sinter,the amount of coke directly affects the formation of compound calcium ferrite(SFCA).After the reaction of coke powder with sinter material at different temperatures,the effects of coke powder dosage,sintering temperature and sintering time on the production of complex calcium ferrite in sinter were studied,and the sinter was analyzed by XRD,optical microscope and SEM-EDS.The results show that the proper amount of coke powder can promote the compound calcium ferrite to some extent.In the experiment of the influence of coke powder content on the formation of SFCA at 1200℃and varying time,coke powder can promote the formation of SFCA in the early stage of reaction,and with the increase of reaction time,the increase of coke powder content leads to the decrease of SFCA formation.However,the content of coke powder has a great influence on the microstructure of sintered samples.At the initial stage of the experimental reaction,the content of coke powder increased,and the microstructure of sintered samples changed from cylindrical to layered structure.At the later stage of the reaction,the content of coke powder increased,the porosity of sintered samples gradually decreased,and the microstructure changed from needle-like structure to plate-like structure.With the increase of coke powder content,the heat provided increases,resulting in partial melting of the sinter and the decrease of its porosity.
