摘 要:稀有金属钒是一种重要的战略物资,主要应用于钢铁工业、国防尖端技术、化学工业以及轻纺工业等领域。我国是世界钒资源大国,拥有丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源。钒钛磁铁矿是钒产品的重要原料之一,目前用于实际生产中的直接提钒原料是吹炼含钒生铁得到的钒渣。将钒渣中的钒转化为水溶性钒的传统方法是氧化钠化焙烧—水浸提钒工艺,钒渣中各组分的相互作用、物相变化、钒的价态变化都会影响钒的收得率。在这些环节中,焙烧熟料的水浸工序是提钒过程的重要环节之一。针对钒渣钠化焙烧熟料的水浸工艺开展了实验研究,分析了浸出温度、浸出时间、物料粒度、矿浆比等工艺参数与钒收率之间的关系,得到最佳的浸出工艺,旨在提高工业生产的钒收率,为工业生产提供理论指导。结果表明:综合考虑实际生产效率和钒收率时,选择浸出温度为80~90℃,浸出时间20~25 min,物料粒度-200目,矿浆比1∶15时,得到的最优钒收率为92.45%;而对于熟料浸出后的尾渣,洗涤方式采用带式滤机梯度水洗工艺比一次水洗工艺钒收率可提高0.33%。Rare metal vanadium is an important strategic material,mainly used in steel industry,national defense advanced technology,chemical industry and textile industry and other fields.China is a large country of vanadium resources in the world,with rich resources of vanadium titanium magnetite,which is one of the important raw materials of vanadium products.At present,the direct vanadium extraction raw material used in practical production is vanadium slag obtained by blowing vanadium bearing pig iron.The traditional method for converting vanadium from vanadium slag into water-soluble vanadium is sodium oxide roasting-water leaching vanadium extraction process.The yield of vanadium is affected by the interaction of components,phase change and valence state change of vanadium slag.In these links,the water leaching process of roasted clinker is one of the important links in the vanadium extraction process.This paper conducted an experimental study on the water leaching process of sodium roasted clinker of vanadium slag,investigated the relationship between leaching temperature,leaching time,material particle size,pulp ratio and other process parameters and vanadium yield,and obtained the best leaching process,aiming at improving the vanadium yield of industrial production.Provide theoretical guidance for industrial production.The results show that when the actual production efficiency and vanadium yield are considered,the optimum vanadium yield is 92.45%when the leaching temperature is 80~90℃,the leaching time is 20~25 min,the particle size is-200 mesh and the pulp ratio is 1∶15.For the slag after clinker leaching,the gradient washing process of belt filter can increase the vanadium yield by 0.33%compared with one washing process.
