摘 要:为实现对金属压力加工过程中高品质产品的外形精度和尺寸精度的控制,研究了相同实验环境和要求下,水平和纵向两种嵌入方位时小柱体受到不同压下量作用所呈现的宽展宏观状态运行规律。结果表明,金属受到压力的作用所产生的宽展变化是以中心角对应圆弧的状态呈现的,通过控制宽展值的大小便可控制中心角度所对应圆弧的大小。可依据宽展与圆弧的对应关系设计孔型、配置孔型系统、设置轧制工艺参数,通过控制宽展形成状态,提高金属压力加工过程中产品外形精度和尺寸精度,实现高质量生产。以R30系类产品为例,利用宽展形成状态做到了均匀变形,提高了产品品质。同时对各种特殊需求的轧边产品的工艺设置提供了重要的理论依据,尤其是对汽车弹簧扁钢精度控制具有一定指导意义。未来需要在弹簧扁钢的节能降耗和提质增效方面做进一步深入研究。In order to achieve the control of the shape accuracy and dimensional accuracy of high-quality products in metal pressure processing,the operating law of the macroscopic state of the small cylinder under different compression amounts in horizontal and vertical embedding orientations was studied under the same experimental environment and requirements.The results indicate that the expansion change of metal under pressure is presented in a state where the central angle corresponds to the arc.By controlling the expansion value,the size of the arc corresponding to the central angle can be controlled.Based on the correspondence between width expansion and arc,hole patterns can be designed,hole systems can be configured,and rolling process parameters can be set.By controlling the width expansion formation state,the product shape accuracy and dimensional accuracy during metal pressure processing can be improved,achieving high-quality production.Taking R30 series products as an example,the use of wide expansion to form a uniform deformation state has improved product quality.At the same time,it provides important theoretical basis for the process settings of various special requirements for edge rolling products,especially for the precision control of automotive spring flat steel,which has certain guiding significance.In the future,further in-depth research is needed on energy conservation,consumption reduction,quality improvement,and efficiency enhancement of spring flat steel.
