摘 要:为了研究高低温环境对枪械击发点火的主要输出参数的影响,利用枪械击发点火模拟试验装置,开展高低温环境下的枪械击发点火试验,获得高低温环境下截断弹壳的压力时间曲线,并对高低温条件下击发点火性能进行数值模拟,计算出击发药温度、应力以及底火输出压力的各项特征参数,将仿真结果与试验进行比对,底火的压力特征参数最大相对误差均小于15%,验证了仿真模型的正确性,可以较好地模拟枪械击发点火的响应过程。该研究可为改进底火设计、提升高低温环境下枪械的可靠性提供一定的理论依据,有利于提升枪械在极端环境下的性能及作战效能。In order to study the impact of high and low temperatures on the firing performance of firearms,a simulation test device for firearm ignition was used to conduct ignition tests of firearms under high and low temperature environments.This resulted in obtaining the pressure-time curves of truncated shells under high and low temperature conditions.Additionally,numerical simulations of the ignition performance under high and low temperatures were carried out,calculating the characteristic parameters of the ignition powder temperature,stress,and primer output pressure.The simulation results were compared with the experimental data,and the maximum relative error of the characteristic parameters of the primer pressure was less than 15%,which verified the correctness of the simulation model.This model can effectively simulate the response process of firearm ignition.This study can provide a certain theoretical basis for improving the primer design and enhancing the reliability of firearms in high and low temperature environments,which is conducive to enhancing the performance and combat effectiveness of firearms in extreme environments.
