摘  要:为探索基于含能材料用双螺杆剪切混合性能和螺杆组合安全设计,通过建立7种螺杆元件和3组螺杆组合在啮合同向双螺杆中的三维几何模型,使用POLYFLOW对物料在三维模型中进行输送剪切模拟,利用粒子示踪统计方法,获得剪切混合过程流道的压力场、粘性生热与温度场、剪切应力场、累积停留时间以及平均回流系数等关键参数,确定安全混合性能最优螺杆元件和组合。经验证表明,02螺杆组合的安全性和剪切混合性能效果更好,且仿真模拟结果与试验结果基本一致,其对于安全性能的结果能够很好地指导真料试验,为含能材料实际生产过程中双螺杆的螺杆组合剪切混合性能和安全设计提供理论依据。In order to explore the shear mixing performance of energetic material-based twin-screws and the safety design of screw combinations,a three-dimensional geometric model of 7 screw elements and 3 sets of screw combinations in intermeshing co-rotating twin-screws was established.Transport shear simulation was carried out by POLYFLOW code,and a particle tracer statistical method was used to obtain key parameters such as the pressure field,viscous heat generation and temperature field,shear tress filed,cumulative residence time,and average reflux coefficient of the flow channel during the mixing process to determine the safety mixing performance and to verify the optimum screw elements and screw combination for safety and shear mixing performance.The results from testing with alternative materials show that the effect of the combination of 02 screws is basically consistent with the results of numerical calculation and simulation,and the results of the safety performance can be a good guide to the real material test.It paves the way for further analysis and mastering the principle of twin-screw mixing plasticization and provides a theoretical basis for the shear mixing performance and safety design of twin-screw screw combination in the actual production process of energetic material.
