摘　　要：分析了焦化硫泡沫制酸系统副产稀硫酸产量的影响因素,并通过降低系统氧硫比等控制措施,在确保动力波洗涤器后烟气温度<60℃,满足烟气净化要求的前提下,可有效减少稀酸产生量,为系统稳定运行创造条件。This paper analyzed the factors influencing the yield of dilute sulfuric acid from sulfur foam in sulfuric acid-making system.On the premise of ensuring that the flue gas temperature after the power wave scrubber is less than 60℃and meeting the requirements of flue gas purification,the production of dilute sulfuric acid can be effectively reduced by decreasing O/S,which has laid a solid foundation for stable operation of the system.
