摘　　要：介绍了热泵蒸氨工艺概况以及其在鞍钢股份鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司的应用情况。在原设计基础上,对热泵蒸氨工艺的不凝性气体管线、MVR压缩机入口及系统安全性等进行了局部改进。改进后系统稳定,安全系统明显提高,在同类企业中具有较好的推广价值。This paper introduces the application of ammonia stripping by heat pump for coking plant of Bayuquan Iron&Steel Company,Partial optimization has been conducted for non-condensable gas pipe,MVR compressor inlet and safety of ammonia stripping by heat pump based on current design.The system,after being optimized,operates more stable and much safer and can be widely applied in the peer of coking industry.
