摘 要:针对“双碳”目标下降低火电机组发电运行成本问题,进行了成本分析及相应的软件开发。通过实时成本计算和会计成本核算,分析了火电厂成本结构和变动趋势;通过计算全口径盈亏点和边际成本盈亏点,为火电厂燃料采购和成本控制提供了决策依据。在此基础上,开发了火电机组发电煤成本盈亏点分析软件,实现了数据的采集、处理和分析。结合实际案例,验证了所提策略的有效性。Aiming at the power generation operation cost problem faced by thermal power units under the background of“dual carbon”target,the cost analysis and corresponding software development are carried out.Through real-time cost calculation and accounting costing,the cost structure and changing trend of thermal power plant are revealed.By calculating the full-aperture break-even point and marginal cost break-even point,the decision basis for fuel purchase and cost control of thermal power plant is provided.On this basis,the profit and loss point analysis software of power generation coal cost is developed,and the data collection,processing and analysis are realized.At the same time,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy and software is verified by practical cases.The application results show that the optimization of fuel purchase cost can effectively reduce the power generation cost of thermal power units,improve economic benefits,and provide support for the sustainable development of thermal power industry.
