摘　　要：白花蛇舌草作为天然植物药,在临床实践中已被证明是治疗结直肠癌的有效药物,又因为其广泛的抗肿瘤活性而成为临床研究的热点。白花蛇舌草治疗结直肠癌的作用机制包括通过其抗癌活性成分抑制癌细胞活力以及细胞周期调节蛋白、相关信号通路等干扰细胞周期,从而抑制肿瘤细胞增殖;通过线粒体凋亡途径、p53基因、内质网途径等诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡;通过抑制上皮—间质转化的发生及转化生长因子-β信号通路的激活来抑制结直肠癌细胞的迁移和侵袭;通过抑制关键蛋白的表达来减少药物外排功能,增强抗肿瘤药物的敏感性;通过抑制血管内皮生长因子、信号通路的表达以及肿瘤淋巴管形成等抑制血管新生;还可以通过调控多种信号通路发挥抗结直肠癌作用,白花蛇舌草在结直肠癌治疗领域有广阔的应用前景。本文对白花蛇舌草抗结直肠癌的作用机制进行综述,为白花蛇舌草的临床应用提供理论依据及循证支持。As a natural herbal medicine,Hedyotis diffusa Willd has been proved to be an effective drug in the treatment of colorectal cancer in clinical practice,and has become a hot spot in clinical research because of its extensive anti-tumor activity.The mechanism of the treatment of colorectal cancer includes inhibition of cancer cell activity through its anticancer active components and interference of cell cycle regulatory proteins and related signaling pathways to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells.Apoptosis of tumor cells was induced by mitochondrial apoptosis pathway,p53 gene and endoplasmic reticulum pathway.The migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells were inhibited by inhibiting the occurrence of EMT and the activation of TGF-βsignaling pathway.By inhibiting the expression of key proteins,the efflux function of drugs was decreased and the sensitivity of anti-tumor drugs was enhanced.Angiogenesis was inhibited by inhibiting the VEGF signaling pathway and tumor lymphangiogenesis.It can also play an anti-colorectal cancer role by regulating a variety of signaling pathways,and it has a broad application prospect in the treatment of colorectal cancer.In this paper,the mechanism of anti-colorectal cancer was reviewed to provide theoretical basis and evidence-based support for clinical application of the herb.
