摘  要:骨折愈合涉及复杂的组织学、内分泌学、生物力学的动态进程,三七促进骨折愈合的多途径、多靶点作用受到广大学者的关注。三七活性成分可通过调节骨代谢以促进骨形成,具体包括:促进成骨细胞增殖,促进多种细胞分化为成骨细胞,调节骨形态发生蛋白2/Smad信号通路,调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路,调节转化生长因子β1的分泌,促进成骨分化等;抑制核因子κB受体激活因子配体诱导的破骨细胞分化,以抑制骨吸收;促进多种生长因子的表达,促进新血管形成,加快骨骼修复;抑制核因子κB信号通路激活,调控核因子κB受体激活因子配体/骨保护素信号通路,抑制晚期糖基化终产物受体/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路,减轻炎症反应,发挥骨保护作用;激活核因子E2相关因子2/血红素加氧酶1信号通路,降低线粒体氧化应激损伤,减轻氧化应激反应,降低骨破坏程度;增加类雌激素活性促进骨形成;抑制骨髓间充质干细胞凋亡,发挥骨保护作用。Fracture healing involves complex dynamic processes of histology,endocrinology,and biomechanics.The multi-target effects of Panax Notoginseng in promoting fracture healing have attracted the attention of many researchers.The active ingredients of Panax Notoginseng can promote bone formation by regulating bone metabolism,including:promoting osteoblast proliferation,promoting the differentiation of various cells into osteoblasts,regulating the bone morphogenetic protein 2/Smad signaling pathway,regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,regulating the secretion of transforming growth factorβ1,promoting osteogenic differentiation,etc.;inhibiting the differentiation of osteoclasts induced by NF-κB receptor activator ligand to inhibit bone resorption;promoting the expression of various growth factors,promoting new blood vessel formation,and accelerating bone repair;inhibiting the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway,regulating the NF-κB receptor activator ligand/osteoprotegerin signaling pathway,inhibiting the advanced glycation end product receptor/mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway,reducing inflammatory response,and exerting a bone protective effect;activating the nuclear factor E2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling pathway,reducing mitochondrial oxidative stress damage,reducing oxidative stress response,and reducing the levels of bone destruction;increasing estrogen-like activity to promote bone formation;inhibiting the apoptosis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and exerting the bone protective functions.
