摘　　要：堵煤检测装置主要用于带式输送机系统转载环节落煤斗的安全保护,用于对物料堵塞情况的检测,是输送机系统必不可少的安全防护装置.堵煤检测装置的选型、现场安装位置等对其动作可靠性产生直接影响,进而对整个系统的安全、经济运行产生影响.文章介绍了国能浙江宁海发电有限公司输煤系统堵煤防护措施,简述了挡板式堵煤开关的工作原理、结构组成及实际应用效果,对输煤系统堵煤防控有一定的借鉴和推广作用.The coal blocking detection device is mainly used for the safety protection of the coal hopper in the transfer link of the belt conveyor system,and for the detection of material blocking,which is an essential safety protection device for the conveyor system.The selection and location of the coal blocking detection device have a direct impact on the reliability of its operation,and then have an impact on the safety and economic operation of the whole system.This paper introduces the coal blocking protection measures in the coal transport system of GuonENG Zhejiang Ninghai Power Generation Co.,LTD.,and describes the working principle,structure and practical application effect of the flapping coal blocking switch,which can be used for reference and popularization.
