摘  要:随着可再生能源,尤其是风电的快速发展,电力系统的安全稳定运行面临着新的挑战.为有效缓解风电出力的波动性和不可预测性,构建一个风电消纳与储能系统协同调度的峰谷分时电价优化模型,综合考虑风电出力预测、储能系统充放电策略及用户需求响应机制,旨在通过精细化电价策略调整,最大化风电消纳比例,提升储能系统的经济运行效率,并确保电力负荷的平稳波动.在某含风力发电的配电网中的应用测试结果显示,该模型能够显著提高发电侧和电网侧的收益,有效促进风电消纳,实现电力系统的优化运行,为风电消纳和电力系统运行效率的提升提供了新的思路和策略,对于推动电力系统的可持续发展具有重要的理论和实践意义.With the rapid development of renewable energy,especially wind power,the safe and stable operation of the power system is facing new challenges.To effectively alleviate the volatility and unpredictability of wind power output,a peak valley time of use electricity price optimization model for coordinated scheduling of wind power consumption and energy storage systems is constructed.The model comprehensively considers wind power output prediction,energy storage system charging and discharging strategies,and user demand response mechanisms.The aim is to refine electricity price strategy adjustments,maximize the proportion of wind power consumption,improve the economic operation efficiency of energy storage systems,and ensure smooth fluctuations in power loads.The application test results in a distribution network containing wind power generation show that the model can significantly improve the revenue of the power generation side and the grid side,effectively promote wind power consumption,achieve optimized operation of the power system,provide new ideas and strategies for wind power consumption and the improvement of power system operation efficiency,and have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of the power system.
