摘  要:气体绝缘开关设备在电力系统中应用广泛,其绝缘性能直接影响到设备可靠性,而局部放电是评估GIS绝缘状态的重要指标.文章采用超高频传感器和电气测量法对GIS进行PD检测,分析不同缺陷类型下PD信号特征.通过建立PD模拟试验平台,对比分析了金属颗粒、悬浮电位体和绝缘缺陷等典型缺陷的PD特征.试验结果表明,UHF方法对PD检测具有较高灵敏度,可有效识别不同类型缺陷.Gas insulated switchgear is widely used in power systems,and its insulation performance directly affects equipment reliability.Partial discharge is an important indicator for evaluating the insulation status of GIS.The article uses ultra-high frequency sensors and electrical measurement methods to perform PD detection on GIS,and analyzes the PD signal characteristics under different defect types.By establishing a PD simulation test platform,the PD characteristics of typical defects such as metal particles,suspended potential bodies,and insulation defects were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the UHF method has high sensitivity for PD detection and can effectively identify different types of defects.
