摘  要:文章对600 MW燃煤发电厂一次风机的故障进行了深入分析与处理.通过对典型故障案例的研究,结合实际运行数据,识别出风机故障的主要原因,包括机械磨损、润滑不足及电气系统故障等.针对这些问题,提出了相应的预防措施与故障处理方案,如定期维护、实时监测及优化操作规程等.研究表明,通过实施有效的管理和技术手段,能够显著提高风机的运行可靠性,确保发电厂的安全稳定运行.In this paper,the fault of the primary fan of 600 MW coal-fired power plant is analyzed and dealt with deeply.Through the study of typical failure cases,combined with the actual operation data,the main causes of fan failure are identified,including mechanical wear,insufficient lubrication and electrical system failure.In view of these problems,the corresponding preventive measures and troubleshooting schemes are put forward,such as regular maintenance,realtime monitoring and optimization of operation procedures.The research shows that through the implementation of effective management and technical means,the operation reliability of the fan can be significantly improved to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power plant.
