摘 要:在传统配电运维中,信息的孤立和分散导致配电系统运行效率低下、故障响应慢等问题.尤其人工巡检,不仅使得运行维护成本高、维护水平低下、人员管理困难,更无法应对重大突发故障.通过DFACTS能效优化改造后,再接入智能运维管理平台,可以把传统的配电室由值守转为无人值班、少人值守模式,大幅降低了人力成本,提升了配电室运行安全可靠性.文章以河北某1 000 kV特高压变电站扩容工程为例,采用智能配电网多种DFACTS装置的优化配置为依托,在加强电网架构和双向通信网络,以及集成高级应用可视化软件支持下,提高智能电网的运维效率和质量.In traditional distribution operation and maintenance,the isolation and dispersion of information lead to low efficiency and slow fault response of distribution system.Especially manual inspection,not only makes the operation and maintenance cost is high,the maintenance level is low,the personnel management is difficult,but also can not cope with major sudden failures.After the energy efficiency optimization and transformation of DFACTS,and then access to the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform,the traditional power distribution room can be changed from on-duty to unmanned mode and fewer people on duty,which greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the operation safety and reliability of the power distribution room.Taking a 1000 kV UHV substation expansion project in Hebei as an example,this paper adopts the optimal configuration of multiple DFACTS devices for smart distribution network as the basis,strengthens the grid architecture and two-way communication network,and integrates advanced application visualization software to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency and quality of smart grid.
