摘　　要：汽轮机是现代工业中至关重要的动力设备,其运行的安全性和可靠性直接关系到发电企业的生产效率和经济效益.然而,汽轮机低压缸叶片的腐蚀和结垢问题一直是影响其性能的重要因素.文章通过例举不同类型和参数的机组在A修中发现的汽轮机低压缸叶片腐蚀结垢问题,对汽轮机低压缸叶片腐蚀结垢的机理、原因及诊断方法进行阐述,并提出相应的防范措施.Steam turbine is a crucial power equipment in modern industry,and its operational safety and reliability directly affect the production efficiency and economic benefits of power generation enterprises.However,corrosion and scaling of the low-pressure cylinder blades of steam turbines have always been important factors affecting their performance.This article elaborates on the mechanism,causes,and diagnostic methods of corrosion and scaling of low-pressure cylinder blades in steam turbines,and proposes corresponding preventive measures,by citing the problems of corrosion and scaling of low-pressure cylinder blades in a repair of different types and parameters of units.
