摘　　要：随着数字化和智能化技术的快速发展,电网企业在供应链库存管理方面也面临着新的挑战和机遇.文章旨在研究数字化和智能化在电网企业供应链库存管理的应用,探讨其对提高库存管理效率、降低库存成本及优化供应链运作的影响.With the rapid development of digitalization and intelligent technology,power grid enterprises are also facing new challenges and opportunities in supply chain inventory management.This thesis aims to study the application of digitalization and intelligence in supply chain inventory management in power grid enterprises,and explore its impact on improving inventory management efficiency,reducing inventory costs and optimizing supply chain operations.
