摘  要:电力金具作为电力传输系统的重要组成部分,其性能的优化对提升整个系统的可靠性至关重要.文章通过精选材料和优化工艺流程,研制的新型复合材料电力金具在轻质、高强度、耐腐蚀等方面展现出显著优势.特别是在高压输电线路的应用中,这些金具显著降低了维护成本,延长了使用寿命,并提高了系统的稳定性.With the increasing global dependence on clean energy,the stability and efficiency of the power system have become key considerations.In this context,as an important component of the power transmission system,optimizing the performance of power fittings is crucial for improving the reliability of the entire system.The newly developed composite material power fittings have shown significant advantages in lightweight,high strength,and corrosion resistance through the selection of materials and optimization of process flow.Especially in the application of high-voltage transmission lines,these fittings significantly reduce maintenance costs,extend service life,and improve system stability.
