摘 要:在信息技术快速发展的今天,为了提升学校的管理效能与服务品质,各大教育机构逐渐向数字化转型。迎新工作是每一年高校都要面对的重大课题,而宿舍分配又是其中最重要的环节,直接影响着学生的居住环境和学习效率。传统的宿舍分配模块多依靠人工进行,费时费力且很难全面考虑学生的需求,导致分配效果不理想。因此,建立一个高效、智能的数字化迎新系统宿舍分配模块显得尤为重要。在此背景下,文章分析了宿舍分配模块的设计原则与目标,思考了数字化技术在宿舍分配模块中的实践应用,并针对宿舍分配模块实施中的难点提出了相应的对策,旨在为建设智慧校园提供一定的书面参考与借鉴。In today’s rapidly developing information technology,in order to improve the management efficiency and service quality of schools,major educational institutions are gradually transforming towards digitalization.The welcome work is a major issue that universities face every year,and dormitory allocation is the most important link,directly affecting students’living environment and learning efficiency.The traditional dormitory allocation module relies heavily on manual labor,which is time-consuming,laborious,and difficult to fully consider the needs of students,resulting in unsatisfactory allocation results.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an efficient and intelligent digital welcoming system dormitory allocation module.In this context,the article analyzes the design principles and objectives of the dormitory allocation module,considers the practical application of digital technology in the dormitory allocation module,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the difficulties in implementing the dormitory allocation module,aiming to provide a certain written reference and inspiration for building a smart campus.
