摘　　要：针对透平叶片坯料种类繁多、形状复杂和模型不易修改等问题,利用UG 12.0二次开发工具以及Visual Studio 2015编程软件设计了一种基于模板的叶片坯料参数化建模系统。在研究现有参数化设计的基础上,通过表格存储不同类型叶片坯料的尺寸数据,建立了透平叶片坯料模型的重用库。实例证明,该系统可以根据工程实际需求,通过修改叶片坯料的模型参数,方便快捷地得到设计人员所需要的叶片坯料模型和二维工程图,缩短了透平叶片锻坯的设计开发周期。重用库的设计提高了企业内工程师调用和查验所需叶片坯料的效率,减少了出错概率。Aiming at the problems of a wide variety of turbine blade blanks,complex shapes and difficult model modification,a template-based blade blank parametric modeling system is designed by using UG 12.0 secondary development tools and Visual Studio 2015 programming software.On the basis of studying the existing parametric design,the dimensional data of different types of blade blanks are stored in Excel,and a reusable library of turbine blade blank models is established.The example proves that the system can easily and quickly obtain the blade blank model and two-dimensional engineering drawing required by the designer by modifying the model parameters of the blade blank according to the actual needs of the project,which shortens the design and devel⁃opment cycle of the turbine blade forging blank.The design of the reusable library improves the efficiency of engineers in the enter⁃prise to call and check the required blade blanks,and reduces the probability of errors.
