摘 要:为研究卡贝缩宫素最佳使用剂量及其诱导母猪日间同期分娩效果,试验将98头临产母猪随机分为4组,当母猪分娩出一头仔猪时,分别在试验1,2,3组母猪颈部肌肉注射卡贝缩宫素17.5,35,70μg/头,对照组母猪注射1 mL/头生理盐水。统计母猪产仔间隔、胎衣排出时间、助产比例、窝总产仔数、死胎数及木乃伊胎数;再将19个规模化猪场的2 834头临产母猪分为2组,其中,氯前组(n=1 335头)母猪在妊娠期114 d的09:00注射氯前列醇钠,氯前+卡贝缩宫素组(n=1 499头)母猪在妊娠期114 d的09:00注射氯前列醇钠,间隔24 h后注射卡贝缩宫素。统计母猪平均产程、产仔间隔、窝均总产仔数、窝均活仔数、窝均白死胎数、白天分娩占比及产后炎症占比。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1,2,3组母猪产仔间隔显著缩短(P<0.05),其中试验2组(注射卡贝缩宫素35μg/头)效果最佳。因此,以35μg/头剂量卡贝缩宫素注射液用于母猪白天同期分娩研究。氯前+卡贝缩宫素组母猪白天分娩占比、平均产程和产仔间隔均极显著改善(P<0.001),窝均白死胎数显著减少(P<0.05),母猪产后炎症占比显著降低(P<0.05)。说明卡贝缩宫素结合氯前列醇钠能够高效诱导母猪日间同期分娩,同时改善母猪和仔猪的健康状况,为规模化养猪场批次化生产提供了坚实有力的支撑。The experiment was conduct to study the optimal dosage of carbetocin and its effect on inducing synchronous parturition in daytime in sows.A total of 98 parturient sows were randomly divided into 4 groups.After delivering one piglet,the sows were respectively injected with 17.5μg,35μg,70μg of carbetocin into the neck muscle in test groups 1,2 and 3,while the sows in control group were injected with 1 mL of saline.And the farrowing interval of sows,the time of placental expulsion,the proportion of assisted delivery,the total number of piglets per litter,the number of stillbirths and mummies of the sows were recorded.Then 2834 parturient sows from 19 large-scale pig farms were divided into two groups.1335 sows were injected with cloprostenol sodium at 9 AM on the 114th day of gestation,and 1499 sows were injected with cloprostenol sodium at 9 AM on the 114th day of gestation,and with carbetocin at an interval of 24 hours.The average farrowing length of sows,interval between litters,the total number of piglets per litter,average litter size,the number of white stillbirths per litter,percentage of daytime births,and postpartum uterine inflammation of sows were recorded.The results showed that compared with the control group,all carbetocin treatment groups could significantly shorten the inter-piglet intervals of sows(P<0.05),among which Group 2(35μg/sow carbetocin)had the best effect.Therefore,a dose of 35μg per sow of carbetocin injection was selected for subsequent studies on synchronized farrowing in daytime.The combined treatment of cloprostenol and carbetocin could significantly increase the parturition rate in daytime of sows,reduce average farrowing duration and inter-piglet intervals(P<0.001),reduce the occurrence of white stillbirths(P<0.05),and reduce the occurrence of postpartum inflammation of sows(P<0.05).In conclusion,carbetocin combined with cloprostenol sodium can efficiently induce synchronous parturition in daytime in sows,meanwhile improve the health status of sows and piglets,provide a solid
