摘 要:生猪养殖规模化程度不断发展,基于同期发情、同步排卵调控的批次化生产已成为主要技术形式。然而,批次化生产中能繁母猪年淘汰率约达30%,后备母猪成为确保猪场规模稳定、均衡可持续发展的基础,而初情启动是后备母猪发挥优异繁殖性能的关键。但是,在规模养殖条件下,由于与公猪分开饲养,母猪缺乏异性刺激,不利于后备母猪性发育与成熟,而且25%初产母猪发情不规律。因此,文章对母猪发情诱导与鉴定技术研究进展进行综述,分析其发展趋势,以期为提高母猪繁殖性能、提升生猪产业全进全出批次化生产水平和效益,提供技术支撑。The evolving scale of pig breeding has promoted the batch production based on induction and the synchronization of estrus and ovulation regulation.However,the annual renewal rate of about 30%in the fertile sows in batch production highlights the significance of the managements of the gilts in ensuring the stable and sustainable development of pig farms,in which the onset of puberty is a reliable indicator of gilt reproductive performance.However,the sexual development and maturity of gilts is compromised by the lack of boar stimulation by maternal separation in the scale breeding system and about 25%of primiparous sows behave with an irregular cycle of estrus.This review summarizes the research progress and the development trend of sow estrus induction and detection technology to provide technical support for the improvement of the reproductive performance of sows and the production efficiency of the pig industry.
