摘　　要：白化现象在动物中普遍存在,在鸟类中也多有报道,但关于鸟类白化遗传研究则鲜有报道。笔者在浙江杭州西湖三潭印月景区内发现1只白化雌性斑嘴鸭(Anas zonorhyncha)和1只白化子代,根据白化程度,判定为局部白化。白化斑嘴鸭亲鸟与白化子代和未白化子代均能进行游泳、觅食、理羽等正常活动,无异常行为,仅在外观上存在差异。该白化斑嘴鸭亲鸟和子代可作为鸟类白化遗传研究的材料,同时也为鸟类白化遗传提供了有力证据。Albinism is common in animals and were generally reported in birds,however,there were few reports on the genetic research of bird albinism.This paper reported one albino female Chinese spot-billed duck(Anas zonarhyncha)and one albino filial generation living in the Santan Yinyue scenic spot of the West Lake in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province.Based on the degree of albinism,the albino Chinese spot-billed duck was determined to be partially albino.Both the parent and filial generation of the albino Chinese spot-billed duck,as well as non-albino individuals,can engage in normal activities such as swimming,foraging,and feather grooming.The albino Chinese spot-billed duck exhibits no abnormal behavior and only differs in physical appearance from non-albino individuals.The parent and filial generation of the albino Chinese spotbilled duck can serve as materials for genetic research on avian albinism and provide strong evidence for the inheritance of avian albinism.
