摘 要:探讨了几种表面活性剂的耐碱性、发泡性和粘附性,筛选出性能优异的表面活性剂,并考察了几种表面活性剂复配体系在强碱性环境中对油污的去除性能。结果表明,烷基糖苷类表面活性剂耐碱性优良,含酰胺基表面活性剂发泡性和粘附性相对较高,二者复配与NaOH制备的碱性泡沫清洗剂去污力可达到95%以上。The alkali resistance,foamability and adhesion of several surfactants was discussed,and the surfactants with excellent performance were screened out.The removal properties of these surfactants on oil stains in a strongly alkaline environment were investigated.The results showed that the alkyl glycoside surfactants demonstrated excellent alkali resistance,and those containing amide groups had relatively high foaming ability and adhesion.When compounded with NaOH,these two types of surfactants were used to prepare an alkaline foam cleaning agent,and the decontamination rate can reach more than 95%.
