摘　　要：通过对植物油进行人工老化,制备模拟实际厨房油污的新型油污。测试了25种表面活性剂原料在中性、碱性和溶剂条件下,对新型油污的去油效果。结果表明,表面活性剂体系在碱性条件下,更有利于去油,而溶剂在筛选中并未表现出明显的正向作用。当只有碱和溶剂,而没有表面活性剂时,去油效果并不理想。最后筛选并推荐了几种去污力较好的表面活性剂原料。在应用示例的油污净配方体系中,单乙醇胺用量在1%~4%,丙酮缩甘油用量在4%~6%时,配方的去污力差异不明显,根据以上结果,配制了一款低碱性、低表面活性剂、低溶剂,可用于多种表面且具有良好抑菌效果的油污净。A new type of oil stain simulating actual kitchen oil stain was prepared by artificially aging vegetable oil.The oil removal effects of 25 surfactant raw materials on this new oil stain were tested under neutral,alkaline,and solvent conditions.The results show that alkaline conditions are more conducive to oil removal.However,the solvent did not exhibit obvious positive effects during the screening process.When there were only alkali and solvent present,but no surfactant,the oil removal effect was not ideal.Finally,several surfactant raw materials with good detergency were screened and recommended.In the oil stain cleaner formula system of the application example,when the dosage of monoethanolamine was 1%-4%and the dosage of acetone glycerol condensate was 4%-6%,the difference in detergency of the formula was not obvious.Based on the above results,an oil stain cleaner with low alkalinity,low surfactant,low solvent,which can be used on various surfaces and has good antibacterial effect was prepared.
