摘  要:探索了微胶囊芳香剂与日化产品基体两者的密度差、基体粘度、基体微观结构以及液体流变性能等影响微胶囊芳香剂发生分层的关键因素,剖析微胶囊芳香剂在日化产品中稳定悬浮所具备的必要特征。结果显示,微胶囊芳香剂在日化产品中稳定悬浮特性与基体微观结构、流变性能有着密切的关系;微胶囊芳香剂在基体中稳定悬浮性能主要取决于微胶囊芳香剂的密度、基体微观结构和流体流变屈服应力;基体微观结构越致密,体系流变屈服应力越大,微胶囊芳香剂在基体中的稳定悬浮性能越好。通过流体流变屈服应力可建立快速评价微胶囊芳香剂稳定悬浮方法。This research explored the key factors that affected the stability of micro-encapsulated fragrances in daily chemical products,such as the density difference between the micro-encapsulated fragrances and the matrix,viscosity,micro-structure and rheological properties of the matrix.The necessary characteristics for the suspension stability of micro-encapsulated fragrances within the matrix were analyzed.The results demonstrated that the suspension stability characteristics of micro-encapsulated fragrances in matrix had a close relationship with the micro-structure of the matrix and the rheological properties of the fluid.The suspension stability performance of micro-encapsulated fragrances in the matrix mainly depended on the density of the micro-encapsulated fragrances,the micro-structure and fluid rheological yield stress of the matrix.The denser the microstructure of the matrix,the greater the rheological yield stress of the system,and the better the suspension stability performance of the micro-encapsulated fragrances in the matrix.A method for rapid evaluation of the suspension stability of micro-encapsulated fragrances in matrix was established by means of the fluid rheological yield stress.
