摘 要:目前,轨迹测量有接触式和非接触式2类,非接触式易受环境干扰,接触式加速度计虽用于位移测量,但面临噪声、零漂及安装角度误差等问题。针对接触式加速度计的诸多问题,文中提出一种加速度信号阈值分段校正方法。该方法依据加速度变化率将加速度信号分为开始、位移发生和结束3个阶段,开始阶段对加速度信号求取均值并归零位,同时对位移发生阶段和结束阶段的加速度信号除去均值;位移发生阶段对速度进行多项式拟合校正;结束阶段对速度信号进行高通滤波处理,以提高位移测量精度。通过在滚轴丝杠平台进行试验,将该方法处理的位移数据与平台上的位移传感器输出的位移数据比较,相对峰值误差不超过3.65%,证明该方法具有较高准确性和可靠性。Currently,trajectory measurement devices are categorized into contact-based and non-contact-based equipment.Non-contact devices are susceptible to environmental interference,while contact-based accelerometers,which are utilized for displacement measurement,encounter issues such as noise,zero drift,and installation angle errors.In light of the numerous challenges associated with contact accelerometers,a novel segmentation correction method for acceleration signal thresholds is proposed.When employing this method,the acceleration signal was segmented into three distinct phases based on the rate of acceleration change:the initial phase,the displacement phase,and the final phase.During the initial phase,the acceleration signal was averaged and zeroed.In both the displacement and final phases,the average value of the acceleration signal was subtracted.Within the displacement phase,velocity was adjusted using polynomial fitting to enhance accuracy.In the final phase,the velocity signal was refined with a Qualcomm filter to further improve the precision of displacement measurements.Through experimental validation on a roller screw platform,the displacement data processed by this method was compared against the data output from the platform’s displacement sensor,with a relative peak error of less than 3.65%,attesting to the method’s high accuracy and reliability.
