摘 要:草莓富含花青苷、维生素和矿物质等营养成分,是世界七大水果之一。草莓果实颜色是品种选育的重要指标,主要受花青苷种类和积累水平的影响。花青苷的生物合成主要受结构基因和调节基因的共同调控,也在一定程度上受环境因子的影响,但是草莓花青苷生物合成的分子调控机制有待完善。主要论述了关键结构基因、调节基因及环境因子对草莓花青苷生物合成的影响,以期为草莓花青苷生物合成的深入研究和果色改良提供参考。Strawberry is one of the seven major fruits in the world,which is rich in anthocyanins,vitamins and minerals.The coloration of strawberry fruit is a pivotal trait in variety breeding and is primarily influenced by the type and accumulation levels of anthocyanins.The biosynthesis of strawberry anthocyanins is predominantly regulated by structural genes and regulatory genes,with some modulation from environmental factors.However,there remains an incomplete understanding of the molecular regulatory mechanisms governing strawberry anthocyanin biosynthesis.This study delves into the impact of key structural genes,regulatory genes,and environmental factors on strawberry anthocyanin biosynthesis to provide valuable insights for further research aimed at enhancing fruit color through optimized anthocyanin production.
