套袋对柑橘果实微环境及品质的影响

摘  要:以阳光1号橘柚为试验材料,探究4种不同果袋(外黄内黑双层果袋、白色单层果袋、黄色双层果袋、黄色单层果袋)对柑橘果实微环境及品质的影响。结果表明:套袋后,果袋内的光照强度变弱,套袋果实的最高温度和最低湿度均升高,平均湿度降低,单层果袋的平均温度升高,双层果袋的平均温度降低,果袋内的温湿度变化趋势与外界环境相对一致;套袋能提高单果重和果形指数,使果实变圆,同时促进果实着色,降低果实酸度,提高果实固酸比;对不同果袋处理进行主成分分析发现,套袋处理中黄色双层果袋处理得分最高。综上所述,最适宜阳光1号橘柚的果袋为黄色双层果袋。Utilizing ‘Yangguang 1' tangelo as the experimental material,this study investigated the effects of four different fruit bags(outer yellow inner black double-layer fruit bag,white single-layer fruit bag,yellow double-layer fruit bag,yellow single-layer fruit bag) on the microenvironment and quality of citrus fruit.The results indicated that the light intensity inside the fruit bags decreased after bagging,the maximum temperature and minimum humidity of bagged fruits increased,average humidity decreased,and the average temperature of single-layer fruit bags increased,while that of double-layer fruit bags decreased.The temperature and humidity changes inside the fruit bags were relatively consistent with the external environment.Bagging could improve the weight of individual fruit and fruit shape index,make the fruit round,while promoting fruit coloring,reducing fruit acidity,and increasing the fruit solid acid ratio.Principal component analysis of bagging treatments with different fruit bags revealed that the yellow double-layer fruit bag treatment scored the highest.In conclusion,the most suitable fruit bag for ‘Yangguang 1' tangelo was the yellow double-layer fruit bag.
