摘　　要：以官方发布数据为支撑,通过对比分析2012—2022年中国与其他核桃主产国在生产和贸易方面的状况,以及我国核桃主产区生产情况,运用SWOT方法分析我国核桃产业发展现状,以期为我国核桃产业的健康、高质量发展提供意见和建议。结果表明:中国核桃收获面积和产量均居世界第1位,整体呈上升趋势,单位面积产量高于世界平均水平;进口量呈下降趋势,2019年出口量急增并保持在世界前3位,但出口量占当年产量的比率不到10%,出口平均价格低于世界平均水平。我国核桃主产区中云南省和新疆维吾尔自治区核桃产量连年增长,远高于其他主产区,甘肃省年均增长率最大,湖北省呈负增长。国家大力支持包含核桃在内的木本油料产业发展,但与核桃生产强国美国相比,中国核桃在单产、出口额及机械化管理方面均有不小差距。The study was based on the official data,by comparative analyzed the production status quo and trade status quo of the world’s main walnut producting countries and China's production status from 2012 to 2022,and used the SWOT method to analyze the development situation of walnut industry in China,hope to provide suggestions for the healthy and high-quality development of walnut in China.The results showed that China’s walnut harvest area and production ranks first in the world,the overall trend was on the rise,the per unit yield was higher than the world average level.Imports showed a downward trend.Since 2019,the export volume increased sharply and remained among the top three in the world.But exports accounted for less than 10% of the output,and the average export price was below the world.The output of walnuts in Yunnan Province and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region had increased year after year,far ahead of the other major producing areas,Gansu Province had the highest average annual growth rate,Hubei Province showed negative growth.Our country vigorously supports the development of woody oil industry,but compared to the United States,a walnut-producing power,China’s walnut have a large gap in the per unit yield,export volume and mechanization management.
