摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)等为主要原料,以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、丙三醇、季戊四醇、葡萄糖等为交联剂制备阳离子水性聚氨酯(CWPU)固色剂,探讨不同的交联剂种类和用量对CWPU乳液和胶膜性能的影响,以及其在棉织物上的固色效果。结果表明:使用葡萄糖(质量分数为1%)为交联剂制备的CWPU乳液性能稳定,粒径为50.27 nm,黏度为24.6mPa·s,CWPU胶膜拉伸强度为2.67MPa,断裂伸长率为626%,吸水率为6.62%,整理后织物的耐干摩擦色牢度提升1-2级,达4-5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度提升1级,达2-3级,对织物的手感影响较小。The isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTMG),poly1,4-butanediol adipate(PBA),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and N-methyldiethanolamine(N-MDEA)were used as the main raw materials,while trimethylopropane(TMP),glycerol,pentathritol and glucose were used as crosslinking agents to prepare cationic waterborne polyurethane(CWPU).The effects of different cross-linker types and dosages on the properties of CWPU emulsions and adhesive films,as well as the color-fixing effect on cotton fabric were discussed.The results show that the CWPU emulsion prepared by glucose(mass fraction of 1%),as cross-linking agent has stable properties,with a particle size of 50.27 nm,a viscosity of 24.6 mPa·s,a tensile strength of 2.67 MPa for the CWPU adhesive film,an elongation at break of 626%,and a water absorption rate of 6.62%.After finishing,the color fastness of fabrics to dry rubbing was improved by 1-2 grade to 4-5 grade,and to wet rubbing was improved by 1 grade to 2-3 grade,which has less effect on the handfeel of fabrics simultaneously.
