摘 要:为减少纺织品水洗试验过程中用水量,有效降低漂脱废水中化学需氧量、阴离子表面活性剂和浊度等污染物数值,研发一种基于絮凝超滤技术的漂脱废水处理技术,并设计漂脱废水处理装置。探究絮凝剂投加量、沉淀时间以及臭氧浓度对洗衣废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,絮凝剂投加量170mg/L、沉淀时间25min以及臭氧浓度70mg/L时洗衣废水的处理效果最佳,化学需氧量、阴离子表面活性剂和浊度去除率分别可达83.0%、86.2%和87.9%。进一步于絮凝沉淀后联用管式聚偏二氟乙烯超滤膜处理,可滤除细小悬浮颗粒和有机物小分子物质,使得化学需氧量、阴离子表面活性剂和浊度去除率提升至95.4%、96.5%和96.8%。处理后的漂脱废水硬度为0.6mmol/L,满足国标水洗试验用水标准,可重新回流洗衣机内进行水洗试验。In order to reduce the water consumption in textile washing test.Effectively reduce the amount of COD,LAS,turbidity and other pollutants in the rinsing wastewater.A treatment technology of rinsing wastewater based on flocculation ultrafiltration technology was developed.The effects of flocculant dosage,precipitation time and ozone concentration on laundry wastewater treatment were investigated.The results show that the treatment effect of laundry wastewater is the best when flocculant dosage is 170 mg/L,precipitation time is 25 min and ozone concentration is 70 mg/L.The removal rates of COD,LAS and turbidity are 83.0%,86.2%and 87.9%,respectively.After flocculation and precipitation,the fine suspended particles and small organic molecules can be removed by using tube-based PVDF ultrafiltration membrane.The removal rates of COD,LAS and turbidity are increased to 95.4%,96.5%and 96.8%.The hardness of the treated bleached wastewater is 0.6 mmol/L,which meets the national standard for water washing test and can be recirculated into washing machine for washing test.
