摘  要:合成氨装置一段转化炉鼓风机在变频器更新后,出现不规律的转速突降问题,转速突降对炉膛压力的精确控制造成了显著影响。为解决此问题,通过对可能导致故障的原因进行分析研究和逐一排查,包括对变频器的输入与输出调速信号进行细致排查、电网电压数据的检测、多回路参数的在线记录与分析,并结合工厂服务级参数优化等技术措施,成功消除了鼓风机转速波动问题,确保了工艺生产的稳定性。After updating the transducer of the blower in the primary converter of synthetic ammonia plant,the irregular and sudden drop of rotating velocity occurred,which brought significant impact on the accurate control of furnace pressure.To solve the problem,the possible reasons that might cause the failure were analyzed and subject to troubleshoot one by one,such as careful troubleshoot of input and output signals of speed regulating,the inspection of grid voltage data,online record and analysis of multiloop parameters,which were combined with plant service parameter optimization,and successfully eliminated the velocity fluctuation and ensured the stable operation.
