变换汽提系统设备腐蚀原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：针对某煤化工装置变换汽提系统汽提塔凝液预热器、氨汽提塔回流泵等设备腐蚀严重问题,结合同类变换汽提系统运行情况,分析腐蚀原因,从工艺、设备、操作等方面提出系统防腐方案,较好地解决了腐蚀问题,从而实现装置的安稳长优运行。Addressing the severe corrosion issues observed in equipment such as the stripping tower condensate preheater and ammonia stripping tower reflux pump within a coal chemical plant shift stripping system,a comprehensive corrosion prevention plan has been proposed based on the operational conditions of similar systems.By analyzing the causes of corrosion from process,equipment,and operational perspectives,the plan has effectively resolved the corrosion problems,ensuring the safe,stable,and optimal operation of the plant.
