简述提高高压甲铵泵运行周期的对策

摘  要:尿素高压甲铵泵在装置投产开车后运行不稳定,检修频繁,严重影响了装置的使用周期,检修费用居高不下,且存在着一定的安全隐患。分析认为高压甲铵泵检修原因主要是其在运行中振速过高和机械密封泄漏,通过优化控制低压碳铵分离器参数和技术改造、定期检修更新机械密封、做好日常维护工作等措施,提高了高压甲铵泵的运行周期,保障其稳定运行。The high pressure ammonium methylate pump ran under uneven state after commissioning,and was subject to frequent maintenance,which seriously influenced the operating cycle,making the maintenance cost keep in high level,and bringing unnecessary lost accompanied by some potential safety hazard.The analysis shew that the main reasons were high vibration velocity and leakage on mechanical seal.The operating cycle was improved to guarantee the stable operation after the reformation on optimizing the parameters of low pressure ammonium carbonate separator,keeping repairing and changing the mechanical seal in certain time,and reinforcing the routine maintenance.
