摘　　要：尿素造粒装置大修过程中,针对以往大修作业中存在的难以解决的问题,创新性的采取多项改进方法,主要包括应用电驱小型蒸汽发生器、污泥自吸泵、空调翅片清洗剂提升了检修作业的安全性和效率,确保了装置检修的高质量完成。During the major overhaul of the urea granulation device,in response to the difficult problems that existed in previous major overhaul operations,innovative improvement methods were adopted,mainly including the application of electric-driven small steam generators,sludge self-suction pumps,and air conditioning fin cleaning agents,which improved the safety and efficiency of the maintenance operation,ensuring the high-quality completion of the device maintenance.
