摘  要:以传统的方式安装倾斜角度较大的振动电机,存在设备伤人和疲劳作业的安全风险,通过设计1台可调角度的振动电机吊装支架,改进传统方式吊装振动电机的方法,降低了工作劳动强度,减少了工具使用数量,便于电动机拆装,可避免各项安全隐患发生。同时,为确保所设计振动电机吊装支架的安全,利用SolidWorks软件结合Simulation的有限元分析方法,对所设计的6个自由度可调角度的振动电机吊装工具的结构进行有限元分析,根据分析结果,对不合理的设计结构和参数进行修正,保证所设计的振动电机吊装支架安全可靠,解决了振动电机的安装难题。Installing vibration motors with large tilt angles in a traditional way poses safety risks of injury by equipment and fatigue operation.By designing an adjustable angle vibration motor lifting bracket,the traditional method of lifting vibration motors was improved,reducing the labor intensity,minimizing the tool usage,facilitating motor disassembly and assembly,and avoiding various safety hazards.At the same time,in order to ensure the safety of the designed vibration motor lifting bracket,SolidWorks software combined with the finite element analysis method of Simulation was used to conduct finite element analysis on the structure of the designed vibration motor lifting tool with six(6) degrees of freedom and adjustable angles.Based on the analysis results,the unreasonable design structure and parameters were corrected to ensure the safety and reliability of the designed vibration motor lifting bracket and solve the installation problem of the vibration motor.
